Pacific Northwest Pilates offers an option for those needing assistance with in-studio group reformer class registration. For a fee, you can be pre-registered into classes by a PNWP staff member before the public launch date.

Pre-registration helps you:

Improve your chances of getting into popular group reformer classes

Avoid class launches that conflict with travel or other plans

Save time from scheduling online

How It Works:

1. Fill Out the Form

Complete the PRE-REGISTRATION FORM two weeks before the launch date for the period you wish to be scheduled. This form will be automatically emailed to our staff. Please do not call. For questions about the form, contact pnwpilates@gmail.com.

Note: Some group reformer classes are excluded from pre-registration. A list of participating classes is included in the form.

2. We’ll Collect Info, Contact, and Confirm

During the pre-registration period, we will gather all the forms, and a staff member will confirm your schedule via email.

If more than six people pre-register for a class, we will postpone the confirmation process and conduct a drawing to determine the class roster and waitlist.

+You will be contacted to participate in the drawing.

+The first six names drawn will be added to the class roster; the next three (if applicable) will be placed on the waitlist in the order drawn.

+This process will be completed during the pre-registration period, allowing you to choose another class if your preferred one is full.

3. We’ll Sign You Up for Classes and Charge Your Card

Once your schedule is confirmed, we will calculate the total number of registered classes, charge your card at the lowest package rate (see price list here), and sign you up for the entire launch period (excluding any classes you won’t attend). Additionally, there is a $150 non-refundable administrative fee per registration period. Please apply only for the current registration period. If you have account credit, it can be applied to the package.

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule your pre-registered appointments. Unused credit will be returned to your account for future use.

Important Dates

We will post in-studio group classes for four months at a time. The Public Launch is when the classes become available to everyone. The pre-registration period is the timeframe to submit the PRE-REGISTRATION FORM for the corresponding registration period.
