Dear Friends of PNWP,

For the last six months, Pacific Northwest Pilates has met the impacts of a global pandemic, seismic economic shifts and social upheavals and awakenings that will forever mark this time in our history as a nation. Like so many, we have fought to adapt and adjust and faced the question of survival. 


On the six-month anniversary of shelter in place, we acknowledge the sacrifices, loss, and heartache we have all gone through. We recognize the hard work, adjustments, and accommodations we have all made. We celebrate the friendships, commitments, and strength of this community that has enabled us to remain standing.

Poised in this moment between past and future, we can assess what we have learned. We understand that to move forward will require resolve and creativity. We recognize that without the support of our instructors, the adaptability of our clients and students and the commitment of our staff, we would not be here today.

We believe exercise should be powerful, adaptable and transformational. Our philosophy and education offers clients and students a safe, highly individualized, effective and enjoyable approach to Pilates movement and muscular re-education. That’s why the work we do together provides physical, mental and emotional support to help us all stay strong and centered. 

Our CORE Commitments to You

Amidst change and challenge, we face the future with a greater capacity and mindset ready to serve you in this next phase.  Here is how we are doing this.

1.    Collaborate and share our space with like-minded and talented instructors 

2.    Offer virtual classes and online education so clients and students can safely practice and train from home

3.    Rebuild our on-site private sessions as well as our curriculum of classes, so clients have a wider range of options and instruction

4.    Enhance and update our systems so we can communicate with customers better
